Georgia High School Volleyball - Armuchee can't get by Northwest Whitfield

The Northwest Whitfield Bruins edged the host Armuchee Indians volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Bruins now possess a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a 3A Area 7 outing on Tuesday, August 26. Northwest Whitfield will confront a Generals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to North Oconee (Bogart, GA). The Generals record now stands at 5-6.

The Indians (12-4) will now prepare for their game against Rockmart (Rockmart, GA). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, Rockmart was nudged by Haralson County (Tallapoosa, GA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
