Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) and the host Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC), observed Hoggard's volleyball team top Ashley Ridge by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Hoggard improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC) to encounter the Chiefs in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Chiefs go into the test with a record of 1-0. North Myrtle Beach won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Aynor (Aynor, SC)

The Swamp Foxes now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ashley for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Ashley Ridge will encounter a Screaming Eagle squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC). The Screaming Eagle record now stands at 2-1.
