Texas High School Volleyball - Tioga over Carter-Riverside

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Tioga Bulldogs (Tioga, TX) and the host Carter-Riverside Eagles (Fort Worth, TX), saw Tioga's volleyball squad notch a victory over Carter-Riverside by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Tioga improves its record to 12-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Southwest (Fort Worth, TX) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 10-2. Southwest won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX)

Next, the Eagles battle the Western Hills Cougars (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 26. Carter-Riverside will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 1-6 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, TX).
