In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Johnson City Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Chaparral Bobcats.
The Eagles (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Burnet (Burnet, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Burnet was dropped by Troy (Troy, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
The Bobcats (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX). The Bulldawgs go into the non-league game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, Copperas Cove gained a win over Blanco (Blanco, TX), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
