The Newcastle Racers edged the host Clinton Red Tornadoes volleyball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Racers confront the Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 23. Newcastle will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Lions go into the game with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK).
With the loss, Clinton drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Red tornadoes host Blanchard (Blanchard, OK) to play the Lions in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23.
