Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Columbia Academy Bulldogs (Columbia, TN) and the visiting East Hickman County Eagles (Lyles, TN), observed Columbia Academy's volleyball team top East Hickman County by a tally of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Columbia Central (Columbia, TN). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Columbia Central achieved victory over Shelbyville Central (Shelbyville, TN), 3-0, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hampshire for a non-league test on Monday, August 25. East Hickman County will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Perry County (Linden, TN). The Hawks record now stands at 0-2.
