Texas High School Volleyball - Westfield can't hold off Cypress Springs

The Cypress Springs Panthers tipped the host Westfield Mustangs volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now hold a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morton Ranch for a non-league match on Saturday, August 23. Cypress Springs will confront a Mavericks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Almeta Crawford (Rosharon, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-9.
The Mustangs (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Northbrook (Houston, TX). The Raiders enter the non-league match with a 1-9 record. In their last match, Northbrook was tipped by King (Houston, TX), 2-0, in a non-league match.
