In Saturday's non-league match, the DSST: Cedar Falcons (Denver, CO) volleyball squad overcame the host Vanguard Classical East Hawks (Aurora, CO), by a count of 2-0.

With the win, DSST: Cedar improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to Stargate School (Thornton, CO) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 23. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 1-0. Stargate School won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Arrupe Jesuit (Denver, CO)

Next, the Hawks battle the Belleview Christian Bruins (Westminster, CO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 26. Vanguard Classical East will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Bruins enter the contest with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Rocky Mountain Lutheran (Denver, CO).
