The St. George's Gryphons volleyball team (Collierville, TN), was beaten 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Dyer County Choctaws (Newbern, TN)

The Choctaws (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bartlett (Bartlett, TN). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Bartlett was beaten by Dyer County (Newbern, TN), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Gryphons play the DeSoto Central Jaguars (Southaven, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 27. St. George's will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Northpoint Christian (Southaven, MS).
