Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Edison Golden Bears (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Randolph Ro-Hawks (Universal City, TX), observed Edison's volleyball team hold off Randolph by a count of 2-1.

The Golden Bears (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bandera (Bandera, TX). The BULLDOGS enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Bandera was edged by Comfort (Comfort, TX), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Ro-Hawks now own a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eagle Pass for a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 26. Randolph will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 1-9.
