California High School Volleyball - Fountain Valley tips Fresno Christian

August 23, 2025: Fountain Valley, CA 92708

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA) and the visiting Fresno Christian Eagles (Fresno, CA), saw Fountain Valley's volleyball squad nudge Fresno Christian by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Fountain Valley improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Barons travel to Millikan (Long Beach, CA) to encounter the Rams in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 4-4. Millikan lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA)

The Eagles now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Justin Garza for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 26. Fresno Christian will encounter a Guardians squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Lemoore (Lemoore, CA). The Guardians record now stands at 4-6.
