Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX) and the visiting Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX), observed Tascosa's volleyball team top Frisco by a count of 2-0.

The Rebels (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Caprock (Amarillo, TX). The Longhorns enter the 5A Region I District 3 contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Caprock was knocked off by Graham (Graham, TX), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Raccoons battle the Richland Raiders (Prosper, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 26. Frisco will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Raiders go into the battle with a 7-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, TX).
