The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI). The Lakers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Bear Lake beat Brethren (Brethren, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lakers meet the Reed City Coyotes (Reed City, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Glen Lake will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Coyotes go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Ludington (Ludington, MI).
