Page Patriots (Franklin, TN) boosters were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Jonesboro Cardinals (Jonesboro, GA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Centennial (Franklin, TN). The Cougars come into the AAA District 10 challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Clinton Dragons (Clinton, TN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Jonesboro will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Dragons go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Anderson County (Clinton, TN).
