Ohio High School Volleyball - Lakeview over McDonald

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Lakeview Bulldogs (Cortland, OH) and the visiting McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH), observed Lakeview's volleyball squad notch a victory over McDonald by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Lakeview improves its record to 1-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Poland Seminary (Poland, OH) to meet the Bulldogs in a Northeast 8 challenge on Tuesday, August 26. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 1-2.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Springfield Tigers (New Middletown, OH) in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. McDonald will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH).
