The Jaguars go into the battle with a record of 5-3. Seckinger won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA)

The Panthers now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Sparkman for a non-league contest on Sunday, August 24. Southside will meet a Senators team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL). The Senators record now stands at 2-0.
