Winfield Generals (Winfield, WV) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Madonna Blue Dons (Weirton, WV), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Winfield advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Generals travel to John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV) to face the Monarchs in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Monarchs go into the test with a record of 0-1. John Marshall lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV)

The Blue Dons now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weir for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23.
