The Negaunee Miners topped the visiting Menominee Maroons volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Miners confront the Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 23. Negaunee will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record.
The Maroons (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Escanaba (Escanaba, MI). The Eskymos go into the Big North game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Escanaba was dropped by West Iron County (Iron River, MI), 3-0, in a non-league game.
