The Eagles now have a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Teague for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 26. Mildred will play a Lions team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Eustace (Eustace, TX). The Lions record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Wolfe City drops to 7-4 on the year. The Wolves travel to Sulphur Bluff (Sulphur Bluff, TX) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Tuesday, August 26. The Bears enter the game with a record of 6-6. Sulphur Bluff lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Mildred (Corsicana, TX)
