Ohio High School Volleyball - Westerville South can't hold off New Albany

August 23, 2025: New Albany, OH 43054

In Saturday's non-league match, the New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Westerville South Wildcats (Westerville, OH), by a margin of 2-1.

The Eagles now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Olentangy for a non-league bout on Monday, August 25. New Albany will clash with a Braves team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Centerville (Centerville, OH). The Braves record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Westerville South drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Groveport-Madison (Groveport, OH) to clash with the Cruisers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 23. The Cruisers come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Groveport-Madison lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Central Crossing (Grove City, OH)
