Texas High School Volleyball - Spring Woods over South Houston

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Spring Woods Tigers (Houston, TX) and the host South Houston Trojans (South Houston, TX), observed Spring Woods's volleyball team top South Houston by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Spring Woods improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Sweeny (Sweeny, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 10-4. Sweeny won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Porter (Porter, TX)

The Trojans now own a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas City for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 26. South Houston will encounter a Stingarees squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Sweeny (Sweeny, TX). The Stingarees record now stands at 4-4.
