Texas High School Volleyball - Sweeny over Spring Woods

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sweeny Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Spring Woods Tigers.

The Bulldogs (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Westside (Houston, TX). The Wolves enter the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Westside was beaten by Tomas (Richmond, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Westbury Huskies (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. Spring Woods will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
