With the win, Ventura advances its record to 1-4 on the season. The Cougars host Valencia (Valencia, CA) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 1-3. Valencia won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill, CA)

The Wolves now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archer School for Girls for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Wiseburn- Da Vinci will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Vistamar (El Segundo, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
