Kentucky High School Volleyball - Lafayette tips Montgomery County

August 24, 2022: Lexington, KY 40503

Lafayette Generals (Lexington, KY) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Generals clash with the East Jessamine Jaguars (Nicholasville, KY) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 25. Lafayette will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record.

With the loss, Montgomery County drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Indians host East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 11. The Jaguars come into the match with a record of 0-1.
