With the triumph, Mill Creek moves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Hawks host Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA) to play the Black Knights in a 7A Region 8 contest on Thursday, August 25. The Black Knights come into the contest with a record of 1-5. Central Gwinnett lost 16-6 in their recent non-league contest against Shiloh (Snellville, GA)

In their next game, the Rams play the South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) in a 7A Region 4 contest, on Thursday, August 25. Grayson will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Comets come into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 20-2 non-league win over Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA).
