The Monterey Trail Mustangs volleyball team (Elk Grove, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA)

The Wildcats (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Inderkum (Sacramento, CA). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Inderkum was dropped by West Campus (Sacramento, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA) in a Metropolitan Conference challenge, on Wednesday, August 31. Monterey Trail will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
