The Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Mariposa County Grizzlies (Mariposa, CA), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Hughson betters its record to 6-1 on the year. The Huskies travel to Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA) to face the Bullfrogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 25. The Bullfrogs go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Bret Harte won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Linden (Linden, CA)

The Grizzlies now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Turlock Christian for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 25. Mariposa County will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hughson (Hughson, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
