North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Stokes can't hold off North Wilkes

In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host North Wilkes Vikings volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the South Stokes Sauras.

The Vikings (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Starmount was edged by Statesville (Statesville, NC), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Sauras encounter the East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 25. South Stokes will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
