In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Nashua-Plainfield Huskies football squad scored a big 46-0 victory over the Postville Pirates.
In their next game, the Huskies clash with the North Tama Red Hawks (Traer, IA) in a A District 3 match, on Friday, September 1. Nashua-Plainfield will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Red Hawks enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 24-2 non-league loss to Hudson (Hudson, IA).
