Old Mill Patriots (Millersville, MD) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Bowie Bulldogs (Bowie, MD), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots confront the Northeast Eagles (Pasadena, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 30. Old Mill will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Meade (Fort Meade, MD).
The Bulldogs now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host DuVal for a Prince George's County 4A challenge on Monday, September 11.
