In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Airport Eagles football squad scored a good 19-8 victory over the Brookland-Cayce Bearcats.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Swansea Tigers (Swansea, SC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 31. Airport will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
The Bearcats (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Rams enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Harding University dropped by Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC), 44-6, in a non-league match.
