North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host South Spencer Rebels (Rockport, IN), 7-3 in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings face the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) in a Pocket challenge, on Saturday, August 26. North Posey will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Marksmen enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 8-1 league loss to Southridge (Huntingburg, IN).

The Rebels now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pike Central for a Pocket challenge on Tuesday, August 29. South Spencer will face a Chargers team coming off a 11-2 league loss to Washington (Washington, IN). The Chargers record now stands at 2-3.
