In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Hinton Comets softball team scored a close 4-0 win over the Altus Bulldogs.
Coming up next, the Comets encounter the Watonga Eagles (Watonga, OK) in a 2A outing, on Monday, August 28. Hinton will attempt to improve on its 13-2 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 3-7 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Chisholm (Enid, OK).
