The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Harlem Bulldogs (Harlem, GA) and the visiting Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA), saw Harlem's softball squad nip Glascock County by a count of 3-0.

The Bulldogs now sport a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hephzibah for a 3A Region 4 match on Tuesday, August 29. Harlem will face a Rebels squad coming off a 34-17 non-league win over Butler (Augusta, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Glascock County falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league match on Monday, August 28. The Buccaneers enter the match with a record of 5-3. Briarwood Academy won 7-3 in their recent league match against Edmund Burke Academy (Waynesboro, GA)
