Keys Cougars (Park Hill, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Okmulgee Bulldogs (Okmulgee, OK), 23-12 in a non-league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 6-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gore for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 25. Keys will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 16-6 non-league loss to Roland (Roland, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 4-10.

With the loss, Okmulgee falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Eufaula (Eufaula, OK) to battle the Ironheads in a non-league challenge on Monday, August 28. The Ironheads enter the challenge with a record of 10-4.
