Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Alvin Yellowjackets (Alvin, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Friars clash with the Liberty Hill Panthers (Liberty Hill, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 25. Bishop Lynch will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 22-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Weatherford (Weatherford, TX).

With the loss, Alvin drops to 6-11 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Tomball (Tomball, TX) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league match on Friday, August 25.
