Texas High School Volleyball - Cinco Ranch over Weatherford

Cinco Ranch Cougars (Katy, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Weatherford Kangaroos (Weatherford, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Grand Oaks Grizzlies (Spring, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 25. Cinco Ranch will attempt to advance on its 14-2 season record. The Grizzlies come into the match with a 23-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX).

With the loss, Weatherford drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Kangaroos travel to Vandegrift (Austin, TX) to clash with the Vipers in a non-league match on Thursday, August 24. The Vipers come into the match with a record of 7-12. Vandegrift lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX)
