The Cox Mill Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Mount Pleasant Tigers to 0 in the Chargers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Chargers now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mooresville for a Greater Metro 4A game on Tuesday, August 29. Cox Mill will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-1.

The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their game against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record.
