Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Glenwood City can't hold off Frederic

In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Frederic Vikings volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Glenwood City Hilltoppers.

The Vikings now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shell Lake for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Frederic will confront a Lakers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Blair-Taylor (Blair, WI). The Lakers record now stands at 3-0.

The Hilltoppers (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Amery (Amery, WI). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Amery held off Hayward (Hayward, WI), 2-0, in a non-league test.
