The Keokuk Chiefs topped the host Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Chiefs now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Burlington for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Keokuk will confront a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league win over Danville (Danville, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-0.
The Wolves (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont (Eddyville, IA). The Rockets enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
