The Lexington Minutemen volleyball team (Lexington, NE), was nudged 3-2 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting McCook Bison (McCook, NE)

The Bison (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Minden (Minden, NE). The Whippets enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Minden nipped Adams Central (Hastings, NE), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Minutemen encounter the Scottsbluff Bearcats (Scottsbluff, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 26. Lexington will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
