In Thursday's non-league contest, the Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA) volleyball squad were winner over the host Lincoln Railsplitters (Des Moines, IA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Rams battle the Waukee Warriors (Waukee, IA) in a CIML - Metro contest, on Tuesday, September 5. Southeast Polk will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.

With the loss, Lincoln moves to 0-3 on the year. The Railsplitters travel to Chariton (Chariton, IA) to battle the Chargers in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 26. The Chargers go into the contest with a record of 1-1. Chariton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Pleasantville (Pleasantville, IA)
