Indiana High School Volleyball - Union City routed by Union County

The Union County Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Union City Indians to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Thursday.

The Patriots now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Speedway for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Union County will meet a Sparkplugs team coming off a 3-2 league win over Indianapolis Scecina Memorial (Indianapolis, IN). The Sparkplugs record now stands at 3-1.

The Indians (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Winchester Community (Winchester, IN). The Golden Falcons enter the Tri-Eastern game with a 3-8 record. In their last game, Winchester Community was dropped by Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN), 2-1, in a non-league game.
