Virginia High School Volleyball - Washington-Liberty crushed by Woodson

The Woodson Cavaliers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Washington-Liberty Generals to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cavaliers now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patriot for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Woodson will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-2.

The Generals (1-2) will now prepare for their game against James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Warhawks enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, James Madison gained a win over Herndon (Herndon, VA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
