With the triumph, Batavia advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Bethel-Tate (Bethel, OH) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bethel-Tate won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OH)

The Brave now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Franklin for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3.
