Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) and the host Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), saw Anderson County's soccer squad triumph over Casey County by a score of 6-0.

The Bearcats (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Woodford County (Versailles, KY). The Yellowjackets enter the District 30 battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Woodford County tipped Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY), 7-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Rebels confront the Somerset Christian Cougars (Somerset, KY) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 27. Casey County will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY).
