In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Batavia Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Talawanda Brave.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, OH). The Falcons go into the Southern Buckeye - American outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Clinton-Massie got by Wilmington (Wilmington, OH), 1-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Brave play the Madison Mohawks (Middletown, OH) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, August 27. Talawanda will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Mohawks go into the outing with a 0-3 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH).
