In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Perry County Central Commodores soccer squad scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Corbin Redhounds.

The Commodores (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Johnson Central (Paintsville, KY). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Johnson Central got by Hazard (Hazard, KY), 3-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Redhounds play the Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) in a District 49 outing, on Monday, August 26. Corbin will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Colonels go into the outing with a 2-2 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Pulaski County (Somerset, KY).
