The Eagles host The King's Academy (Woodstock, GA) to play the Knights in a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 4 game on Saturday, August 24. The Knights enter the game with a record of 0-1. The King's Academy lost 17-0 in their recent league game against Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA)

The Gators now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Georgia Military College for a non-league game on Thursday, August 29. Gatewood will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Brentwood (Sandersville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-1.
