The Elkhorn South Storm triumphed over the visiting Lincoln North Star Navigators softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Saturday's non-league match.

The Storm (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Millard West (Omaha, NE). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Millard West was routed by Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE), 2-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Navigators battle the Lincoln High Links (Lincoln, NE) in a A District match, on Tuesday, August 27. Lincoln North Star will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Links go into the match with a 0-1 record after their 14-2 league loss to Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE).
